Dinner : l'essentiel (starter, main, dessert, wine and coffee )
Meal to be based on the honey from our regions
2nd day : Saturday
After breakfast, Martine can advise you on where to find many of the attractions in and around Maubourguet (Wines, Foie gras, fortified towns, etc)
2pm: Visit the honey shop of Ballot Flurin Bio at Lahitte Toupière.
Tasting and Samples.
4pm: Cooking Lesson : Cooking with honey
followed by a gourmet international flavored meal (around honey) comprising foie gras, high quality wines from Château Laffitte-Teston.
3rd day : Sunday
After breakfast, exchange of addresses, photos and reciepes.
You prepare to leave Mart-Inn but take with you your souvenirs of the week-end.
