Renters Comment:
"The overall grade should be 10 out of 5, a lovely apartment superbly located just a stone's throw from everything. We bought a Paris Visit card but did not use it as we walked everywhere! The apartment exceeded our expectations, wonderfully clean, everything that you could possibly need in the kitchen, a really comfortable bed, really well laid out apartment with a welcoming feel. In the centre of it all but nice and peaceful. We were met by Roberta who was most kind and really well informed on the area (thank you Roberta). We have already recommended it to our friends who visited us during the week and are hoping to book it again next year!"

Week rates : 650 € including linens and normal cleaning at the end of your stay. Electricity for a week included as well as phone calls included in the contract.

Observations:
"The apartment was fantastic. It was clean, cute and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, a very short walk to the Louvre and L'Orangerie. We walked nearly everywhere, but had easy Metro access when we had a little farther to go or were on a deadline. The neighborhood was great and had several restaurants and shops but the apartment itself was in a quiet courtyard.
Also, it was great having the washer and dryer in the unit, as we were on a long trip and were able to leave with all clean clothes. We had some travel difficulties due to the Chunnel and arrived late, but Roberta was very gracious in meeting with us when we were able to arrive and provided valuable information about the area. We will continue to recommend this option to friends who are traveling to Paris. We only had 4 days, but I think it would be even better for a longer stay and will definitely check availability next time I go to Paris.
One thing that many people told us was an issue for them was that many places won’t rent for fewer than 5-7 days. So they were interested when we said we were able to rent your place for 4 days.
Sincerely, Debbie and Louis ( US)"

Long stay (3 weeks or more) : discounts, linens and cleaning every fortnight.

"Martine's apartment in Paris is a beautifully appointed apartment nestled in a quiet court yard, yet once you step out you are greeted by a vibrant and interesting neighborhood. We felt so taken care of - our needs were promptly and graciously attended to by Roberta who looks after Martine's place. She was there to welcome us and responsive when problems or questions arose. Observations:
The apartment on rue d'argout is beautifully situated on the ground floor, facing onto a courtyard and in one of Paris' most charming quartiers. There are excellent restaurants, stores, galleries and museums, all within walking distance. The apartment itself is small but ideal for two people. It is newly renovated and equipped with all the necessities, including a washer and dryer, TV, computer access, and free telephone service to Europe and North America. We enjoyed our stay of two months there enormously."
