Come and discover cooking with the wines of madiran in the comfortable surroundings of Mart-Inn, you will visit the winery of château Laffitte-Teston and try new cuisines made with wines from the Madiran and Pacherenc areas that will encompass your senses.
Martine will reveal to you the little secrets of this cooking, and you can become chef for a day trying out these tips whilst sampling the delights of these wines, without having to drive afterwards !
1st day Friday :
Welcome to Mart-Inn around 5pm
Dinner : l'essentiel (starter, main, dessert, wine of the region and coffee )
Meal to be based on the local wines of this rich region
2nd day : Saturday
After breakfast, Martine can advise you on where to find many of the attractions in and around Maubourguet (Ballot Flurin Bio Honey shop, Foie gras, fortified towns, etc)
14h: Visit the vineyard and winery of château Laffitte-Teston.
Tasting and a gift bottle. (conditions apply).
16h: Cooking lesson : discover the unforgetable international receipes of the local wines, red ou white, dry or sweet, then eat a gourmet meal comprising of fois gras and wines from château Laffitte-Teston.
3rd day : Sunday
After breakfast, exchange of addresses, photos and reciepes.
You prepare to leave Mart-Inn but take with you your souvenirs of the week-end.
